Children and young persons Wellbeing – 4 weeks, 45 minutes a week for a beginners review tillycourse in relaxation, mindfulness and wellbeing age 4 years to 13 years.

Four week childrens course

Wellbeing course for children. This is the first wellbeing course to get you started on mindfulness, coping with difficult emotions and building a positive sense of self.



Wellbeing Course No 2 for children – already done a course? Want to keep up your practise of wellbeing? Then here is a second instalment of Chill Your Beans. We will cover more on mindfulness, emotions and relaxation as well as looking into Strengths and our values to be our true authentic selves. We will also cover empathy, mindset and kindness. 4-13 years.

Crafts Pilates Mindfulness and Prosecco Afternoon Tea

I am very excited about this event. Sunday 17th November 2019 at The Orchard Community Centre on Kings Reach, Biggleswade.

11am – 3pm. £45 per person or treat a loved one to a ticket for Christmas and get two for £80.

We have a packed day including a Pilates session and relaxation. A look at being more mindful of our environmental impact by crafting and making our own wrapping paper and gift bags. And of course a look at being present this Christmas, mindfully thriving not just surviving.

This will all be topped off by a Christmas themed prosecco afternoon tea.

Refreshments and snacks will be provided throughout the day and all the materials you need for the crafts. Please bring an exercise mat if you have one.
