We work through the 12 steps to happiness including resilience, mindfulness, mindset and more in a practical and fun way.

Course No 2 for children – already done a course? Want to keep up your practise of wellbeing? Then here is a second instalment of Chill Your Beans. We will cover more on mindfulness, emotions and relaxation as well as looking into Strengths and our values to be our true authentic selves, meditation, gratitude and kindness along with goals, meaning and purpose too. 4-13 years also at the Eco Hub, Gamlingay.
