As we emerge from restrictions it can feel like the year is only just beginning. So, let’s set ourselves up for a brilliant self-actualizing year.

What do you actually need?

Discover more long lasting and meaningful needs to work towards. This deeper purpose will keep goals fresh and motivating.

Sessions will be on zoom or walk and talk.

All you need is yourself, a pen and paper / notebook

£50 for a brilliant session to move you forward.

Children and Young People’s wellbeing course:

We are back with our popular course now fully online. The children’s wellbeing class is traditionally for the kids to enjoy, but now the parents can learn too.

This course has four weeks worth of activities to boost wellbeing and mindfulness, ease anxiety and promote emotional wellbeing and a growth mindset.

You can access all the material in a private Facebook group for just £10

It will be great for you as a parent or educator not just the kids. This is because there will be plenty of takeaways to aid your own wellbeing too. We are our children’s greatest role models after all. They do follow our lead in how we treat and value ourselves.
