Set Goals and Achieve: January workshop

Have you set a goal for this year and already given up? Have you not set a goal because you know you never achieve them? Many many people each year choose new goals and they are over before we hit the end of January. Learn how to set a goal and coach yourself with specific questions to achieve it. You can come with a goal prepared or we can work on figuring out what you really really want too, so in that case, just bring yourself 🙂

You Matter: Why your wellbeing as a Parent has Power

Join us for a full day of learning. All based around the science of happiness and giving you practical skills to implement into your daily life. Lunch and refreshments included. Bringing up children as a parent or carer is tough on our own wellbeing, but we can model great behaviour so our children pick up on these wellbeing practices from a young age. It doesn’t matter the age of your children, its never too early or late to learn the wellbeing skills you can model for those in your care.

Teenagers drop in session: 13+ years and wanting to find a place to chat and learn wellbeing skills? We have an awesome Mental Health Café being held at Blend Coffee and Shake House, Biggleswade. The cost is just £5 with 10% donated to MQ transforming mental health. There will be drinks available at a discount and the session will take place in Blend’s secret garden. There will be different activities on a theme each month to try out and then use in your daily life. Parents / guardians are welcome to wait upstairs and grab a drink too.

Tuesday 11th February – 5-6 pm – Self-Love. Do you need a boost to your self worth? Learn ways to love your true authentic self even more.

Wednesday 11th March – 5-6pm

Join us when you can for activities and time to talk. All activities will be linked around our 12 steps to wellbeing. So Mindfulness, motivation, self love and much more.



Teenage drop in session

Each session is just £5 from 5-6pm. You can arrive from 4.45pm to grab yourself a drink with a discount from the lovely owners at Blend. Don’t worry if you can’t make every month. Spaces are limited though so please do book your space. xx
