The next special workshop event will be a two day ‘working with anxiety’ special. This is for tweens, teens and adults so please do join the group and learn ways to cope with your anxiety and move forward positively.

Monday 25th and Tuesday 26th ‘working with anxiety’ workshop. We are all experiencing many changes and with schools opening and more of us back to work, fear and anxiety can be rising rapidly. The exercises over the two days will be suitable for all so if you have a pre-teen or teen who would benefit please do join us. Facebook group can be found here.
Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th June. Its a self-love weekend where you can challenge yourself to build greater awareness and love for who you are. All on our Facebook group.
